Mechanical Engineering Students Come Up with Solution to Expensive Farm Problem

A team of engineering and computer science students from UC Merced invented a sensor-driven device dubbed "Sweet Steering," which fits over tractor trailer hitches and prevents crushing of sweet potatoes during harvesting.
