Bio:
Gökay obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Izmir Institute of Technology (IZTECH), working on projects related to manufacturing and solid mechanics. He joined Baykara Lab as a Ph.D. student in Spring 2021. He is working on the nanotribology of high entropy alloy thin films, and starting a new project on atomic-resolution imaging.
